1. Service Terms

所有自由职业合作均通过邮件协议确认。服务费按约定小时费或包干价计算。客户在项目启动前通过PayPal支付预付款；未完成工作按已完成项目进度退款。

All freelance cooperation is confirmed via email agreement. Service charges follow agreed hourly or fixed price. Clients pay prepayment through PayPal before project launch; refund according to completed project progress for unfinished work.

客户信息、项目文档及支付数据仅用于个人自由职业项目执行，绝不泄露给任何第三方机构，所有业务机密信息严格保密。
